10 Paid Holidays Annually
You are immediately eligible upon hire for 10 paid holidays each year. New Years Day, Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year's Eve.
After 6 months with the Roper team, you are eligible for paid vacation time throughout the year. The amount of vacation time available increases the longer you are with us.

401k Retirement Matching
As a Roper team member, you'll get one of the best 401k match rates in the industry. We match 2% on the first 1% you invest for retirement, then match dollar for dollar up to 7% of your gross pay. That means if you invest the maximum 7% of your income, we will match it with 8% so you automatically double your savings. You can enroll after 90 days.
