Cuando Berry comenz\u00f3 su carrera con Roper, quer\u00eda avanzar en su carrera, pero no estaba muy segura de lo que quer\u00eda hacer. Pero ella dice que los diferentes trabajos dentro de Roper la hicieron darse cuenta de que disfrutaba dirigiendo a la gente y la l\u00ednea de montaje. Gerentes en el transcurso de su camino, como Rhonda Beasley, la alentaron a usar el programa de reembolso educativo para obtener su t\u00edtulo para poder pasar a puestos de direcci\u00f3n y continuar avanzando en su carrera.<\/p>\n

Berry anima a seguir una carrera en la fabricaci\u00f3n y atribuye su tiempo a trabajar en la l\u00ednea de montaje a un estilo de gesti\u00f3n m\u00e1s comprensivo. \"S\u00e9 cu\u00e1ndo ser emp\u00e1tico y cu\u00e1ndo no serlo\", dijo. \"Las personas que nunca han experimentado la l\u00ednea de montaje a veces no tienen idea de c\u00f3mo es y no pueden relacionarse con lo que un operador est\u00e1 pasando. Tambi\u00e9n animo a la gente a mejorarse a s\u00ed misma como lo hice yo y a aprovechar el programa de reembolso educativo.\"<\/p>\n
